Terms of use

These terms describe use of Center, the Gobitron Smart Mirror personal household prototype, provided by Gobitron, LLC. Its data practices are described in the privacy policy.

Personal household use

Use the appliance with accounts and data you are authorized to access. Each person should connect their own account through the intended household workflow. Do not impersonate another member, bypass access controls, or use the service to interfere with other people’s accounts or devices.

Requests and calendar changes

Speech recognition, interpretation, and third-party services can produce errors. Review the title, date, time, calendar, guests, and other details before confirming an event change. If a network failure leaves a change’s outcome uncertain, check the provider before repeating the request. The household owner controls shared settings, and members control the personal options available to them.

Prototype availability

The prototype is provided as available. Features can change or become unavailable because of software, hardware, network, or provider conditions. Calendar connections may require renewed consent. Keep another way to access important information and maintain backups appropriate to your needs.

Do not rely on the appliance as an emergency service, safety monitor, or the sole source of critical reminders.

Connected services

Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI, and other optional providers have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and account requirements. Enabling an optional provider may involve that provider’s charges or usage limits. These public information pages do not sell a subscription or create a paid service commitment.
